today marks the 22 anniversary of NATO disobeying the UN security council and bombing serbia with bombs filled with 15 tons of depleted uranium, a poisonous and deathy substance that led to serbia being one of the first countries in the world when it comes to child cancer. after NATO bombs filled with depleted uranium killed hundreds of innocent serb civilians, bill clinton continued parading around with his saviour complex while his wife called the entire bombing campaign “a family affair”. once the bombing ended, many of the serbs remaining in kosovo were slaughtered and much of our cultural heritage burned to the ground or completely destroyed. NATO’s “peace” produced more than half a million serb, jewish and roma refugees. but yeah, congrats on “solving” the conflict, yay america <3
